Common areas

  • Account access. Login, password reset, role / shop selection, two-factor authentication, account recovery.
  • Shop setup. Adding users, roles and permissions, work locations, terminals, and import of customer / unit / parts data.
  • Work orders. Writing up a WO, job lines, parts requests, time tracking, custody (pickup / return / consume), and approvals.
  • Parts. Inventory, purchase orders, vendor email flow, WO parts custody.
  • Documents. Uploads, where files are scoped, and how Trash / restore works.
