TruckZen uses AI-assisted features to help a writer, tech, or manager organize and review operational information faster — for example, summarizing notes, suggesting fields, or grouping similar items. The AI assists; it does not replace the person doing the work.
Human review is required. AI suggestions are not used to make final repair, billing, legal, or safety decisions on your behalf. A qualified person reviews and confirms any action that affects a work order, an invoice, a truck's service history, or a person's schedule.
