TruckZen connects the day-to-day work of a heavy-duty repair shop: writing up work orders, breaking them into job lines, requesting parts, recording labor, and moving repairs from intake to completion. The goal is to keep repair work visible from the bay to the office so the writer, the tech, and the manager are looking at the same record.
TruckZen is designed to support workflows that shops actually run — service request intake, technician assignment, parts pickup / return / consume custody on each WO, job-line edits, and approval / billing handoffs to office staff. We focus on truthfulness about which pieces are live versus on the roadmap; if something is not built yet for your shop's configuration, we'll say so before you adopt it.
